As I've mentioned before in my posts, kissing is about more than just lips and tongue. All parts of the mouth should come into play. Teeth can play a vital role in helping you cross that line from an average kisser to a truly memorable kisser.
The easiest way to use your teeth is by nipping with them a little bit at your partner's lip. You should try to do it suddenly, while you are in a good making-out rhythm. Don't bite too hard! Try just gently holding your partner's lower lip between your teeth and pulling a little bit. you can also do it with the top lip, although it can be a little difficult to grab.
If you miss and it slips the first time, don't worry! You can take another chance a little bit. Sometimes it can be advantageous to just slow down a little bit while you kiss so if you want to nip at their lip, you won't miss or worse, bite into them too hard!
Guys: Girls especially love when you use your teeth to bite at their lip because it makes you seem confident, aggressive and almost primal in a way. It also suggests that you're fun, exciting, and that you know what you're doing (even if you dont!)

Teeth can also be used for other parts of the body. You can use teeth to nip at the ear or neck, but wait until you know your partner better before you do this. Not everyone may like this and some people will find it to be quite a turn-off, so you need to make sure first.
If someone has a vampire fetish, they definitely won't mind if you nibble on their neck a little bit. Keep an eye out for Twilight fans! :)
